Garnsey White Figs

Garnsey White Figs are medium-large bell shaped fruit, with thin green skin, and very sweet, strawberry-colored flesh beneath. This variety is often used for dry figs, as its sugar content just increases with age. Yet, like the Brown Turkey Fig, it is best eaten fresh off the tree, or added into a sandwich, salad, or dessert.
