The Mexican Lime is also known as the Key Lime, Bartender’s Lime or West Indian Lime. It is a small round fruit with green to yellow thin skin and seedy flesh inside. They grow all year round and are sensitive to the cold, reaching full maturity from October to December. Mexican Lime trees are thornless, moderately sized and bushy. They contain sweet tart juice great for cocktails, cooking, or in fragrant displays.
