Organic Cauliflower Growing Directions

Organic Cauliflower is a fun plant to grow in your Harvest to Home garden. Simply sit back and watch the outside leaves grow large with the crown sprouting in the middle. Once the Cauliflower crown has grown to 6-8 inches in diameter you may pick small pieces off to add to your meals. You can also wait till the crown has grown to its full size 10-12 inches in diameter then harvest the entire crown. The only drawback is Cauliflower can take quite a while to grow and harvest. The leaves can attract hornworms which will eat holes through your leaves. Regular applications of “BT” are recommended.
